Far-right activist and former MK Michael Ben Ari may face incitement charges, the State Attorney's Office said Wednesday.

The former lawmaker is entitled to a pre-indictment hearing in which he will have to answer for what the prosecution said was "systematic and repeated" incitement of ethnic hatred against Arabs over the past several years, starting in late 2017.
Prosecutors said they have identified over 20 incidents when Ben Ari engaged in incitement against Arabs, including public speeches, press interviews, and online posts.
Ben Ari issued a statement saying, "We'll meet in court. We'll crush you. I've been waiting three and a half years for this trial."
