Israel Hayom is a media organization founded on the belief that the Israeli public deserves better journalism—more balanced, more accurate, and more reliable. Journalism that speaks rather than shouts. Journalism that is trustworthy, objective, and matter-of-fact. A different kind of journalism, offered free of charge. The first print edition was published on July 30, 2007, and in 2010 Israel Hayom became the Israeli newspaper with the highest weekday readership. The newspaper’s publisher is Dr. Miriam Adelson. Its Editor-in-Chief is Omar Lachmanovitch, and its founding editor is Amos Regev. Israel Hayom’s Hebrew and English websites, as well as its Android and iOS applications, provide around-the-clock news coverage, exclusive content, breaking news and updates, analysis and commentary, video, podcasts, and live broadcasts. The digital platforms of Israel Hayom include news and opinion channels covering culture and entertainment, lifestyle, technology, sports, business and consumer affairs, health, military affairs, food, Judaism, tourism, and automobiles. In 2021, a new Hebrew-language website and mobile application were launched to provide users with a fast, up-to-date, secure, and convenient experience. The content of the newspaper’s print edition is also available online through a daily digital edition and can be received via newsletter. “The Israel Hayom Clique,” the publication’s exclusive benefits club, offers website users discounts and special promotions on products and services. Israel Hayom welcomes feedback, criticism, and suggestions for improvement from its readers. You can contact the organization by email at hayom@israelhayom.co.il

A delegation of Brazilian members of Congress, journalists, business and religious representatives traveled to Israel for a six-day solidarity trip, during which they toured the towns in the Gaza periphery that were attacked by Hamas on Oct. 7, met with local authorities as well as families of hostages and parents of children serving in the IDF.

The delegation included members of Congress Christian Lopes from the state of Rondônia and Carla Zambelli from Sao Paulo, president of the international community Brazil-Israel Reverend Jane Silva, model and opinion leader Desiree Rugani as well as pther TV, radio and printed press personalities. They were accompanied by activist and attorney Dvorah Srour Politis, who is ranked third on the list of 'United led by Aryeh King' for the Jerusalem City Council elections.

"It was a very powerful and very important week for the members of the delegation and for Israel," Politis shared. "Since the attack by Hamas on Israel, I have been in close contact with the members of the delegation who came to express their appreciation and support for the State of Israel. To see up close the harsh sights, to experience being at the very place where all happened and smell the harsh smells that we have been exposed is much different than to see it from pictures and stories. Now these representatives are doing a fabulous job in Brazil, changing the narrative by sharing their impressions from the visit to their readers and followers in Brazil and the world."

Aryeh King, chairman of Meuhadim party and deputy mayor of Jerusalem said, "I salute my party member, attorney Dvorah Srour Politis, for joining the public diplomacy in general, and in particular joining the efforts against a hostile politician from Brazil – despite the fact that her family members are enlisted and fighting on the front. We must win on all fronts: the battle in Gaza, the home front and world's general opinion. It's my honor to be a party member of Dvorah who brilliantly represents our values which are based on Zionism, the love of Israel and strengthening Judaism. I know how she can contribute Jerusalem in the fields of public diplomacy and the Aliyah integration."
