The meeting took place in the conference hall of the Mandarin Hotel in Tel Aviv and was attended by presidencies and representatives from over a hundred Lodges of B'nai B'rith throughout the country, who were also joined by the members of the executive committee of B'nai B'rith Israel (the Grand Lodge).
The evening was opened by the president of B'nai B'rith Israel, Emanuel (Mano) Cohen, who told the members about the expansion of B'nai B'rith Israel's international activities, the meetings that have been held to date and the efforts being made to increase and offer the organization in Israel. Ilan Shouri, the advisor to the president for international relations who organized the meeting, briefly told about the international activities of B'nai B'rith Israel that took place recently and introduced the guest. He reviewed the activities of B'nai B'rith International in the last months since the outbreak of the October 7 war and the actions taken To defend against the increase of anti-Semitism in the world.
