The digital platforms of Israel Hayom include news and opinion channels covering culture and entertainment, lifestyle, technology, sports, business and consumer affairs, health, military affairs, food, Judaism, tourism, and automobiles. In 2021, a new Hebrew-language website and mobile application were launched to provide users with a fast, up-to-date, secure, and convenient experience. Day 366 of the war: The IDF intercepted multiple drones off its northern and central coasts early Sunday. Concurrently, the military conducted airstrikes on Hezbollah terror targets in Beirut. In the central Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources reported Israeli strikes.

15:39: Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire activated in the Upper Galilee.

15:02: Magen David Adom confirms one of the wounded in the Beersheba attack has been pronounced dead.

14:55: Beersheba attack update: Magen David Adom paramedics are treating and evacuating 8 injured to Soroka Hospital. Injuries include 1 in moderate to severe condition, 4 in moderate condition, and 3 lightly injured. A critically injured person is being treated on-site by MDA teams.

14:48: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the 36th Division (Ga'ash Formation) base in the Lebanon border area today.

14:46: 2 critically injured in Beersheba shooting attack. Terrorist eliminated.

13:55: Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat reports from its sources that no one in Hezbollah is currently slated to succeed Nasrallah. The report states that neither Safi al-Din, al-Sayyid, nor anyone else is in line, as the current leadership is a "joint leadership."

13:49: Syrian news agency reports explosion sounds at a factory in the industrial area of Homs city. Circumstances are being investigated. Meanwhile, Syrian opposition sources report four missiles hit the area.

13:48: Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire activated in several Upper Galilee communities.

13:32: Palestinians report that Ahed al-Maqid, UNRWA's operations commander in Gaza, was killed in an IDF strike on Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.

13:25: Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire activated in Metula.

13:14: Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire activated in Misgav Am in the Galilee Panhandle.

13:06: Defense Minister Yoav Gallant at Nevatim Air Force Base: The Iranians haven't scratched the capabilities of the Air Force - not a single plane was hit and no squadron was grounded. Those who think attempting to harm us will deter us from acting - should look at Gaza and Beirut.

13:02: IDF Arabic spokesperson issues urgent warning to southern Lebanon residents. He urges immediate evacuation of homes due to Hezbollah activity forcing IDF action. The message warns that anyone near Hezbollah operatives, facilities, or weapons risks their life, and instructs residents to move north of the Awali River immediately.

12:57: IDF spokesperson announces the elimination of a Hezbollah company commander in the Kafr Kila area, responsible for anti-tank fire on Kfar Yuval that killed Barak Ayalon and his mother Mira. The terrorist, Khadr Ali Tawil, was killed by Air Force fighter jets along with two other operatives earlier this week.

11:29: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres – recently declared "persona non grata in Israel" by Foreign Minister Israel Katz – sent an urgent letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the holiday of Rosh Hashanah. In the letter, Guterres expressed deep concern about the legislation in the Knesset against UNRWA. This comes amid heightened tensions between Israel and the UN leadership.

11:07: Sirens warning of rocket and missile fire activated in communities around Carmiel.

10:59: The name of the seventh victim in the Jaffa attack has been cleared for publication: Victor Shimshon Green, a 33-year-old homeless man. Green was residing at the Gagon shelter in Jaffa.

10:00: Lebanese reports indicate another strike this morning in Beirut's Dahieh neighborhood. According to Al-Mayadeen, it's a densely populated residential area.

09:58: Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reports this morning on Egyptian diplomatic efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Lebanon as soon as possible.

09:51: Report from Iran: Quds Force commander Esmail Ghaani is expected to participate in a television program tonight dedicated to the anniversary of the Gaza war. This comes amid rumors that he was killed or injured in an IDF strike in Beirut.

08:48: IDF Spokesperson: Forces of Division 162 began operating during the night in the Jabaliya area, following prior intelligence information and after ongoing situation assessments and troop activities on the ground, which indicated the presence of operatives and terror infrastructure in the area, alongside attempts by Hamas to rebuild terror infrastructure in the region. The combat teams of Brigades 401 and 460 completed the encirclement of the area, and forces continue to operate in the region.

08:38: Magen David Adom reports that following the sirens heard in recent minutes, no calls have been received regarding impacts or casualties so far.

08:37: The IDF intercepts two surface-to-surface missiles launched from Lebanon, following alerts in the Menashe, Carmel, and Gulf regions.

08:27: Sirens blare in Caesarea, Haifa, Zichron Yaakov, Ma'agan Michael, and several Carmel region communities, warning of incoming rockets and missiles.

08:10: The Air Force intercepts multiple suspicious aerial targets from Lebanon. These do not cross into Israeli territory, and no casualties are reported. Alerts are triggered due to potential falling debris from the interceptions.

08:06: Amid reports of expanded ground operations in northern Gaza, the IDF spokesperson announces the enlargement of the humanitarian zone in Muwasi. This expanded area now includes field hospitals, tent complexes, and supplies of essential items.
