Arik Faingold, the President and Chairman of Commit and the Israeli entrepreneur who founded the cybersecurity company Pantera that became a unicorn, is launching a new and ambitious venture. The startup AutonomyAI, which officially emerged last Wednesday from stealth mode, announced raising $4 million to develop technology that enables autonomous artificial intelligence agents to integrate with organizational development teams as an integral part of the team.
According to the company, unlike similar solutions in the technology market, AutonomyAI's technology integrates easily into the existing organizational environment "and improves team productivity by more than 44%."
"After Pentera became a unicorn and successfully changed the cybersecurity landscape with solutions currently used by Fortune 500 organizations worldwide, I identified a similar opportunity in the development world," Faingold, who serves as chairman and co-founder of AutonomyAI, said. "We're bringing a technological solution born in Israel that will allow companies to accelerate their development tenfold and focus on what truly matters—innovation and business value, not writing code."

According to Faingold, the technological heart of AutonomyAI is the "Agentic Context Engine," developed entirely in Israel. This engine allows artificial intelligence agents to understand the full context of the organization in which they operate – including standards, infrastructure, and existing code. Thus, the agents can develop complex software components within minutes instead of days or weeks.
The initial data presented by the company is impressive: the acceptance rate of code produced by the agents stands at 95% (compared to only 30% in similar market solutions). In simple terms, the code produced by the autonomous agent is almost immediately ready for use, with minimal corrections required.
"Up to 50% of front-end developers' time is dedicated to building basic components and fixing human errors," Adir Ben-Yehuda, the company's CEO, explained. "Our solution frees developers from repetitive work and allows them to focus on innovative and complex development that requires human creativity."

Already generating revenue
Despite its young age, AutonomyAI is already being used in production by several leading companies in Israel and the US, and the company reports a monthly revenue rate of $100,000.
The timing of the company's activity disclosure is not coincidental. In light of global economic challenges and the slowdown in high-tech investments, many organizations are looking for ways to streamline development processes and achieve more with fewer resources. Additionally, according to research firm IDC, the market for AI-supporting technologies is expected to reach $749 billion by 2028, placing the Israeli startup in an excellent strategic position for future growth.
