US Sen. Lindsey Graham called on the Trump administration to provide Israel with all the assistance it needs in its efforts to eliminate Iran's nuclear infrastructure.
In a telephone interview with Israel Hayom from South Carolina, Graham addressed the Israeli public directly. "You have my full support. You are fighting the war of all humanity," he said.
The Republican senator rejected criticism of Israel, saying that "anyone who claims Israel is the aggressor does not understand Iran." He compared Israel's critics to those who "did not understand Hitler in 1935."
"You have my full support," Graham told Israelis. "You are fighting the war of all humanity, and your war is our war. This is a moment when every leader in the world, military or civilian, must choose: Will they appease Iran, a country run by religious Nazis, or will they support the State of Israel as it fights for its survival?"
Graham then posed a question to world leaders. "I ask every such leader: What do you think Iran would do with a nuclear weapon if it had one? My answer is that a nuclear-armed Iran would not seek merely to preserve the regime, but to kill Jews."

"Israel responded to Iran's attacks"
Graham strongly rejected the accusations being leveled against Israel. "Anyone who claims Israel is the aggressor does not understand Iran. Israel responded to Iran's attacks," he said.
"Those who, in 2025, criticize Israel for trying to survive against these religious Nazis are the same kind of people who did not understand Hitler in 1935. Iran wants to impose its religion on the world and wage war against every other religion, including against my country," Graham added. "That is why this is the most important question of our time."

Graham to Trump: "Do not hesitate"
Regarding the US role, Graham said President Donald Trump must decide how America should assist Israel. As a matter of principle, however, he said the United States should provide whatever help is required.
"America should help Israel with whatever is needed. Hezbollah, Hamas and Iran have American blood on their hands," Graham said. "Iran is an enemy of humanity. It is therefore in our interest for Israel to succeed." Addressing the president directly, he added: "And I say to the president: Do not hesitate to give Israel everything it needs to stop Iran."
Graham said he did not believe China or Russia would intervene in the war and expressed confidence that the United States should stand alongside Israel in its fight against Iran.
