Israel announced Monday morning its planned offensive against Iranian population centers, declaring, "The IDF will issue evacuation warnings to Tehran neighborhoods within hours. Following these notices, the Israeli Air Force will demolish buildings using methods similar to Israel's Beirut operations."
Defense Minister Israel Katz reinforced these plans this morning, stating, "Tehran's boastful dictator has transformed into a cowardly murderer, deliberately targeting Israeli civilian areas to discourage IDF operations that are dismantling his military capabilities. Tehran's residents will face consequences soon."

This escalation follows a devastating overnight assault involving more than 100 ballistic missiles launched from Iran against Israel, striking multiple locations throughout central Israel. An 80-year-old man was extracted without signs of life in Bnei Brak. Current reports confirm five deaths from direct building impacts nationwide.
Notably, Israel has not yet targeted the Fordow facility, Iran's second-most critical and heavily fortified uranium enrichment installation, positioned 12.4 miles northeast of Qom, the sacred Shiite Islamic city, embedded deep within mountainous terrain. While Natanz remains Iran's primary and widely recognized enrichment site, Fordow operates as a smaller yet significantly more protected facility, constructed 260-295 feet (80-90 meters) underground, rendering it virtually immune to standard aerial bombardment.
