The New York Times cites officials as saying all signs indicate the new facility is geared up to withstand cyberattacks and bunker-buster bombs.
"It is up to Iran to decide whether to return to the agreement or stay away from the international community," Bill Russo, deputy assistant secretary of state for strategic messaging in the Bureau of Global Public Affairs, says.
