The Hague District Court rules that the case filed by Ismail Zeyada can't proceed because the commanders, former IDF chief Benny Gantz and and former air force commander Amir Eshel, “enjoy functional immunity from jurisdiction.”

The majority of Arab states have far more important and pressing issues than the future of the Palestinians to deal with; and if the Palestinians don't want to, or perhaps can't take responsibility for their own future then no one in the Arab world intends to do it for them.
