The Finance Ministry has decided to create a new vocational training program that will operate for two and a half years.
We know full well that it is much easier to create a new government agency than it is to close one. None of the documents related to this decision mention the goal of establishing the vocational training program.

Any such agency requires managers, offices, and large costs. Surely the expenses should be worth it. What is the success threshold for this program? The government does not delve into such details.
Employers explain in unison that for them to bring employees back to work, the government has to cease unpaid leave payments.
Elected officials do not agree with this; neither does the government employment agency nor the National Insurance Institute. They claim that the reason for unemployment is the lack of demand for workers.
However, before the matter is examined correctly, the creation of a vocational training program seems like a hasty step and an unnecessary and large public expense in such a difficult period for the economy.
Elected officials are fond of various recovery programs, but recovery will not be achieved from such programs. It will only come about when the crisis ends.
