Queen Elizabeth overcame every challenge she faced

The wave of descriptions that will be said of the beloved monarch in the coming days are all true and accurate, but I want to shine a light on a lesser-known aspect of her personality.

For decades, I had the honor and pleasure of getting to know the British royal family and Queen Elizabeth II. The wave of descriptions that will be said of the beloved monarch in the coming days are all true and accurate, but I want to shine a light on a lesser-known aspect of her personality. Queen Elizabeth overcame every challenge she faced.

Few people know this, but her majesty was also a very spiritual person, which is also why I had the privilege of meeting her many times.

The queen and her husband, Prince Philip, owned one of the largest collections of books in the world in the field of parapsychology and evidence of extraterrestrial life in space. Their interest in the fields of spirituality and aliens, which Prince (now King) Charles also shared, fascinated and impressed me greatly.

The death of Prince Philip was a heavy blow for the queen as their relationship remained close and loving throughout the years they spent together, and she felt she had lost her support. Queen Elizabeth believed in life after death, and I believe that she wanted to be reunited with her beloved.

Prince Philip, by the way, used to walk around with a spoon that I had bent for him and kept it in his jacket pocket, after I promised that it would bring him good luck, health and longevity.

Another side of the queen's personality that remained hidden from the public was her sense of humor: she was unusually entertaining and funny when she felt free in the company of the people close to her. Moreover, she was an uncommonly strong woman who had the mental strength to overcome the enormous challenges she faced.

A devoted mother unlike no other, she always invested enormous effort in healing the tensions and repair the rifts that occasionally occurred in the family, and that caused her great pain. She will be greatly missed by her family, the people of Britain, the world, and me personally.
