A 22-year-old Israeli mountain climber has fallen to his death in an accident that occurred in the Rodellar de Bierge Huesca area of northeast Spain.
The Israeli consul in Madrid and the Foreign Ministry were reportedly providing assistance to the climber's family.

Last month, another mountain climber – 30-year-old Adi Mass from Kibbutz Maabarot – was killed while climbing the Eagle's Nest in the German Alps. Mass slipped off a cliff and fell to his death. His family read about the accident on German news sites before Israeli authorities could contact them.
