While some of us insist it's not the time to talk about the events that led to the Oct. 7 lapses, we still must never forget who sowed division, quarreled, and incited during that period. In this case, no eraser is strong enough to erase the guilt.
Twenty-two-year-old Clemence Felix Mtenga was abducted by Hamas along with fellow Tanzanian 21-year-old Joshua Loitu Mollel.
"They left her in front of us when she couldn't move forward," Army physician Gedalya Pandel told Israel Hayom in a conversation from Gaza. "For two days, we brought her blankets, a mattress, and food. We tried to evacuate her to the Red Crescent to transfer her to the hospital – without success."
On Saturday, the marchers carried Israeli flags and photos of the hostages as they finished the 70-kilometer (45-mile) walk to Jerusalem and slowly converged on Netanyahu's office. Once there, they were joined by crowds carrying yellow balloons printed with the words "Bring them home."
