Central Bureau of Statistics says Israeli capital, home to 1 million people, has dropped from the fifth socio-economic cluster in 2004 to the second-to-last cluster in 2019. Majority of communities, neighborhoods in the lower socio-economic cluster are ultra-Orthodox, non-Jewish.
