The United States sent a clear message to Iran through Arab intermediaries that military strikes have concluded and diplomatic negotiations should resume, according to a Sunday report by the Wall Street Journal.
Arab diplomatic sources told the Wall Street Journal that Washington also communicated it has no intention of pursuing Iranian regime change. An American official confirmed that President Donald Trump's administration contacted Iran directly to emphasize the attack was a single operation rather than the opening phase of a broader military campaign aimed at toppling the government.

Simultaneously, the Washington Post released satellite imagery of Iran's Fordo nuclear facility captured in the days preceding the American strike.
Satellite photographs taken two days before the US attack on Fordo showed numerous trucks positioned at various entrance points to the facility. On Sunday, senior Iranian officials confirmed that uranium stockpiles and nuclear equipment had been relocated from the site ahead of the American military action.
