In spite of frustration with restrictions over the coronavirus pandemic, fears about medical shortages and the desire to revive the economy, nothing can justify treating the lives of older persons as not worth saving.
Like water, contagious diseases know no borders. But it is to be hoped that this crisis will enhance mutual trust and confidence between Palestinians and Israelis.
