Leo Terrell, chairman of the US Justice Department's task force, is launching a frontal campaign against local authorities across the US. In an interview with Israel Hayom, he singles out New York and Los Angeles and presents an unprecedented federal plan that will include withholding funds and a social media shaming system.

The study is signed by renowned researchers and is based on the findings of two senior military delegations that visited Israel to examine the IDF's performance.
