The IDF’s Arabic-language spokesperson has revealed a network of money changers operating out of Turkey and controlled by Hamas, made up of Gazan exiles who have been exploiting Turkish financial infrastructure to fund terrorism. “Documents have been uncovered that record only a small part of the financial transfers, amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars,” he said.
